Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) provide comprehensive community health services for people of all income levels. Many FQHC organizations offer oral health services at their neighborhood sites.
The data below display the oral health services provided at FQHC sites. The data were aggregated by Rob Paral & Associates as part of a state-wide survey of FQHCs in the spring of 2016, with additional contributions by the Illinois Primary Health Care Association (IPHCA) in the fall of 2016. Data are not complete for all FQHCs and are subject to change.
